Do I need to provide my own equipment?

Yes, it is better for us to use your own equipment because that makes our cleaning services more budget friendly. For us to provide the equipment, there will be a small charge.

What if something is damaged after my clean?

All cleaners are covered by insurance. If a cleaner damages something after your clean, our cleaner will notify you, or you can notify us and we can sort out an insurance claim. Just email hello@glowingspacescleaning.com.au.

Do you accept NDIS clients?

We do not currently accept NDIS clients as we are not an NDIS provider. We are looking at becoming an NDIS provider in the near future.

Do I need to Tidy Up before my cleaner arrives?

It is up to you as the customer to decide. You can tidy up before the cleaner arrives, then the cleaner will spend the whole time cleaning the house. Or you may want the cleaner to focus on tidying up the house.

How many hours will it take to clean my home?

Can my pet stay inside during cleaning?

Do I have to be home during the service?

This will depend on a variety of circumstances such as the size of your house, what needs completing in each room, and the level of detail you would like it to be cleaned; as well as if any of the tasks can be completed on a rotation basis, and the equipment and products you would like used on the surfaces.
We want your pets to be as happy as you are when the cleaner comes to do your cleaning so it is between you and your cleaner to decide on the best option. Please note that cleaners will clean more efficiently when the house is empty of people and pets.
This is entirely up to you - you can be there for the service, let the cleaner in and leave, or even not be there. You are more than welcome to provide access to cleaners by way of a spare key/leaving a key in a key safe. Please note that cleaners will clean more efficiently when the house is empty of people and pets.
